Although we arrange all types of tours, this is what makes us different: we prefer to work with small groups. The founder of MAGALLANES TRAVEL, Mauricio Baus, has been in the tourism business for 13 years and, being a professional guide, knows by experience the interests of the people who decide to travel the world and, specifically, to South America. Our main purpose is to give a general and sweeping overview of Ecuador and the uniqueness and complexity of its land, people, and culture. We say that "Ecuador is a universe in itself" due to its diversity in every sense, and we provide our clients with a deeply satisfying glimpse at this universe. Ecuador has four regions, each with its own very distinct characteristics and appeal: the Andean Highlands, the Western Lowlands, the Amazon Rainforest, and the Galapagos Islands. Our company also offers tours to Peru and Bolivia and to all the other South American nations when requested by our clients.
